I post cuz I am never home and I hate to go out at night (especially alone).

So, hotel means either study, misc or go to some museum/location alone if I am exploring the city (and have time for it).

Internet forums were invented for introverts & loners. You won't find too many legit extroverts who are active on forums. Many will claim to be though. They perceive it as a status symbol of sorts.

Bodybuilding as well. Bodybuilders are raging introverts for the most part. So I can't imagine anyone on a dying bodybuilding forum is all that outgoing or social in real life.

I force myself to go to social events but I find socializing IRL exhausting and I’m shy. I just feel less depressed when I go to concerts or hike or go to the beach.

A sigma male is on par with an alpha. A rich 8/10 jock with a good social life, but has one odd characteristic. For example no social media presence or is gay/asexual but gets female attention.

If that doesn't describe you then you would be an antisocial beta, also known as a loser in layman terms.
