The problem we have is that we continually pay attention to things that don’t matter.
We don’t have to watch the news.
There are reasons to not watch it, and there is no legitimate reason to watch it.
There is literally no need to pay attention to anything other than yourself, and your responsibilities.
Nothing else matters and only serves other people.
I recommend adopting this mindset.
