Got a small knot near my right testes, is it over for me? (srs)

About the size of a large peppercorn, completely detached from the actual testicles.

Think the guidance they give is if you feel a small hard round mass is what you have to be concerned about. Like a small BB or something on the side of your ball.

Could be you have variciles . Just get an ultrasound. Trim all the hair around your balls and gooch before the ultrasound. Better early than too late srs.

I thought this is what happened to mine all the time, but that's not what happens. Your epididymis is inflamed attach to your ball so it sits weird in the sad where it feels like it's flipped vertically. I used to get scared af from that and just try to sleep it off so it flipped back. Had a nurse gf though check it out and she knew what it was.

Mine was caused by prostatitis because my scoliosis was making my groin and pelvic area so tight that it inflamed the prostate and then inflamed my epididymis. That's all gone now though thankfully.
