The fines from DUIs should go toward creating free public transportation

Not sure why this hasn't been done yet. Instead of the state just pocketing the money, use the fines to make drunk drivers pay for free transportation for everyone else.

Idgaf how expensive they have to make it, they put people's lives in danger and should pay the consequences. At least the money would be going toward something useful.
