The final non electric corvette may roll off the assembly line this year.
Once our malevolent overlords have fully phased out ICE cars will the secondary market for them explode? Will you start buying a fleet now for resale later? Or just hoarding for your own personal use so you can’t be locked out of your own vehicle for wrongthink?
Discuss and also dear diary.

EVs in their current state will never take off due to the inherent problems with batteries (cost, sourcing, materials, failure points, electric grid load, etc.)
Dear Federal Agents- All my posts are serious and I am a threat to society.

I think rare/collectible and high end combustion cars will become even more sought after, not sure about all combustion vehicles
But imagine how much more a top end combustion engine will stand out when everyone else is puttering around in silent EVs

Probably not in most cases, with the exception of enthusiast and collectable vehicles. Certain sports cars, exotics, classics. Probably solid axle off-roaders too.
The vast majority of vehicles are appliances, meant to get you from point A to point B. There's no reason to hoard Hyundai cars and similar.
