When I grew up it was sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me. Now we've got kids Learning "words are literally violence". What hope do they have. The real world is tough and you need to build a thick skin. Blacks were just ahead of the curve on future learnings apparently

I do get where he's coming from in the sense that it's a control thing. It's the only word in the West that you absolutely can't say, and it's just a fkin word. But there's really no need to use it.
