Anyone else getting floored by how fast time seems to pass?
I swear, a year now felt like 3+ years back in my late teens/early 20's.
I try to stop the cycle of feeling like my days just fly right past me by trying to do different stuff. Doesn't matter.
As cliche as it is, all those old farts who told me that "Life is too short" over the years were totally right. Can only imagine how this feels at like 60+ years old. Probs feels like whole decades went right by them.

yeah it's fking werid
I just started seeing Spirit Halloween ads and stuff. It's almost THAT time of the year ... time if flying, man.
makes you appreciate your childhood a lot more, well if you had a good one. summer/winter vacations felt like actual holidays. birthdays felt special too.
this super-sense of time makes me want to push myself harder to achieve my goals now, rather than waiting for someone or something.

every year that passes, that year is a smaller percent of your entire life.
The first year you were on Earth, it was your whole life. Your whole life is a long time. It is literally all the time you know. Your second year is only half of your life. Half of your life is much shorter than your whole life. They are the same amount of time, but you perceive them to be significantly different based on personal context.
Or something.

Well most of us work 9 to 5, that's why. We're in the same repetitive routine and the weekends are so short you can't experience new things.
For someone that's free from the matrix, time is much slower. They're doing new things every other day. And the same would happen to us if we had more free time. If we dropped in Japan, time would come to a screeching halt.
We should all be clamoring for more time, it's the most important aspect of all.
