Just gave Uber eats driver 5 cent tip

She left the food in my driveway instead of by the door. I live in a nice house in a white suburb so no reason to be paranoid about coming to the door. I usually tip anywhere between $5-15, but this bish took a prolonged stop along the way and doesn’t understand what leave at door means. Deserved?

OP might have inadvertantly saved this poor girl's life, I'll explain:


I'm sure she'll be so pissed at getting $0.05 tip ($0 would have been less offensive) that she'll drop this UberEats bullsh/t and start an OF and sell bathwater. She can at least make $200K in her first year.


This might be her fork-in-the-road moment that changes the course of her life.

I've offerred a $10, but the dude just threw my food at my doorstep with complete disregard, I changed the tip to $0 afterwards.

Price you pay for not doing it yourself. Unless legitimate reason like you're in the middle of an 8 hour crunch before your trial as a lawyer at 8 am the next morning. If you're just lazy then that's the risk letting someone else handle your food outside of the restaurant that's not an employee. Only exemption are restaurant delivery drivers. Everyone else delivering food, they could care less. I find the older drivers or those who you can tell are doing it to make ends meet are the best. The people doing it because of boredom or laziness don't really care for good service.

Doesn't matter, these ****s will never be happy anyway. I read so many articles about them bitching even when they receive a 25% tip. If ya ain't happy with that then how about 0% bud, you're mad either way so I might as well keep that in my wallet lol.
