Older brahs, how do you cope with aging?

Turned 40 this year. Life is pretty good but god damn it feels like Groundhog Day. Still clinging on to my youth, or whatever is left of it, in great shape, beautiful family, healthy, great career. But hard to cope with the fact that there’s not a whole lot to look forward to and things will only go downhill from here. How do you all cope?

You got a 5 year lead on me. Don't really know those feels. I stay active, feel young at heart, and not disgustingly ugly yet.

Will reevaluate at 40.

You could always go make babies or **** some young chick with daddy issues.
I'm back, bitches!

You should get into golf if you haven’t already. It’s a lifelong addiction.

I'm 37 and still looking forward to a lot of unknown adventure ahead.

Having a kid soon, probably more after that. Losing grandparents and parents will be interesting to experience.

Keeping up health as things become more difficult.

Lots of fun to be had!

I'm 38, but am fit and don't really show any outward signs of aging. Not bald, no gray hair. Getting back in great shape. Face looks a little older after losing weight, but body makes up for it.

Basically I'm at the point where I can still get plenty of attractive girls in their 20s, and only occasionally they will not be interested due to age.

Biking is a great hobby. I actually like being mid 30s, because you're way more secure but can still dabble in degeneracy if you want. Because I've reached a certain point in my business career, my best years are still ahead of me.

Priorities change the older you get. Right now I'm 48 and have a hectic job and 2 teenage kids that take up most of my time. When the kids are grown, I'm going to have a lot of disposable income to open up new adventures. I imagine I'll travel the world in style in my mid 50's.

Aging is a state of mind, i am told i look 10 years younger by others, so stop acting 40 OP.
Stop wearing golf outfits

How old are your kids? Lots to look forward to watching them grow up, no?

Plan for retirement?
Hopefully you have a wife whose company you enjoy and some hobbies to keep you occupied.

The daily routine gets to be tiresome but I'm still learning new things every day, still trying to understand the universe, still finding new challenges to overcome and such

Definitely not lacking in purpose

45 - had a brief period two years ago when I was struggling with the idea of working for another 20 years so I sulked for a month, then found a new job - turns out it was my boss that was the problem, not the concept.

Life gets a little easier, you can coast a bit.

I've realized how important it is to continuously learn, and use your brain over body--take care of your body. I've seen enough guys relying on their body only to have it break down in the late 40s/50s. Or guys get so deep in the hole with obesity or addictions that it's almost impossible to get out.

If you're obese the chances of making it to 60 is greatly lowered.

Have had lots of clients where their fat employees drop dead of heart attack/stroke in their late 50s.

I had my first kid at 46, which completely changed the nature of my life. I'm loving life.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!

The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.

They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......
