I've read it mentioned that drug overdose deaths is a leading cause for why life expectancy is declining in the US. the number one cause of death for young Americans these days is ODing on narcotics. With several blue run states and cities legalizing drugs, and defunding police I imagine drug overdose deaths in America will remain high. they don't seem to care that much at trying to stop what is going on.

Was just in Citrus Heights, Sacramento, Roseville, and Folsom for various reasons; can confirm all but Folsom are sht holes with a lot of homeless and drug users wandering the streets.

Notice when the drop is. When they stressed everyone out with constant fear porn about Covid while also isolating them, ODs and suicides went up significantly. Yes they have been a problem for a long time but that really escalated things.

Its simple. It isn't air pollution, climate change, overdose deaths or covid ffs.

Its simply a unhealthy, obese population. Laziness, high amounts of ultra processed foods and obesity is lowering the life expectancy.
