Newly minted U.S. citizen makes 420K per year at 34.

Eddie Nuñez left Lima, Peru at 14 years old for the United States. He made it to Virginia, but 7 years later he was arrested by border patrol and placed in detention. Eddie eventually represented himself before an immigration judge and won asylum. Today, he's a U.S. citizen with a wife and two children. He and his wife earn $420,000 a year from Eddie's work as an IT specialist, their snowplow business, seven rental properties, and his wife's at-home daycare business.

A coworker just got back from a week in florida. She said she met a Ukranian refugee family that lives in SC now. They were on vacation for 2 weeks with the 2 sons, mom, dad, grandpa and grandma.

Even refugees are living the highlife in a florida house on the beach for 2 weeks with the fam while most americans have 50k in debt and $600 in their bank account lol.

Probably because they are not in a consumer mentality and see opportunity in making 2x$50k/year instead of crying that "monthly mortgage is $3000, car payment is 800, processed food and going out is $1500, new iphone every year is $1500". They bring home $6k total and spend $2-3k of it on expenses leaving $3-4k for buying a rental property, cheap car and side hustles like at-home-daycare
