An analysis from FiveThirtyEight found that in 38 special elections held so far this year, Democrats have outperformed the partisan lean -- or the relative liberal or conservative history -- of the areas where the races were held by an average of 10%, both romping in parts of the country that typically support the party while cutting down on GOP margins in red cities and counties, too.
I don't think Trumpers quite understand how bad 2024 is going to be for them.

One thing democrats are really good at and republicans are really bad at pointing out is how their policies cost people their freedom and money. Example would be how people walk outside in August and "wow it's so hot" and then they buy right into the propaganda about climate change and then they believe that all this spending will be fix it. They think that regulations and oversight is a good thing, but never relate the extra costs/fees/taxes and the problems this causes. They want funding for things, and believe that these politicians are going to come up with it without effecting their pockets but then the cost goes up, or all of a sudden funding for other things gets neglected because they divert funding to the "more important cause".

Always amazes me about people. Everyone I talk to believes the media and the government is corrupt, biases, and lies to us, but then again they will stand up for the media and government.
