Pretty much 100% spot on, I have my music blasting in my pods, so I can't hear them anyway.

My gym hires smoking hot 28 year olds that smile and say enjoy your workout. No conversation, but its nice to see smile. One of the girls insists on talking to adults as if they are her 5lb dogs. You know that high pitch goo goo gaga chit. She gets a bert stare and no reply, but the other girls who communicate like adults get a smile back.

From what I overhear its the opposite when they are personal training amoungst the gym goers. Their clients almost always get distracted and make small talk. They do it mid set while the PT is counting reps instead of replying lmao.

They're only like that when you're signing up for the first time, or if you workout at a "sports club. " After that they don't care, but i'm saying this as a guy. Sloots probably get a lot more attention like that because the guy behind the counter is trying to hit on her.

If you go to an actual gym its very much like the later. Hell, often times there's noone even behind the counter, lol.

Was traveling for a month last winter and signed up for Planet Fitness since they're everywhere. Saw a haggard 50-something staff lady vaping behind the counter when I was leaving one of the locations. Should have asked for her routine.
