Tried the dating apps again. Its over.

Jesus christ, I know the apps have gotten worse but wanted to see how I would do out of desperation. Cant even get ONE match even while lying about my height(I put 5'9).

Dating apps before I could at least get something. The only dates I've ever gotten were off apps but if that isnt even possible anymore, its really truly positively over.

Yeah my buddy is 5'6" and while he isn't a slayer he does fairly well on the regular.

Even if good looking you still gotta make sure your photos are good OP.

If you're an un-aesthetic male (which you go to great lengths to claim to be) and the ONLY results you have ever gotten in your life have come from online dating (which is literally the most looks driven approach to dating that exists), then what that tells me is that you are either a mess socially and/or have made no other efforts to find dates outside of online dating.

I don't think so, these are about the same kinds of photos I've used before that worked, a few of the exact same ones in fact. nothing magical but they arent mirror selfies or whatever

Not really in that much detail. Some of with friends, one doing an activity(soccer), one traveling the usual stuff.

Op try changing your location. Dating app success is very much market driven. You'll generally do better if you target geographies where the f/m ratio has the widest gap, or at least above the average.

I'm not going to move so thats not really an option.

I've also lived other places and it was mostly the same. The f/m ratio is imbalanced on these apps pretty much no matter what.
