If u dont have to get up and arent in fear of losing power etc... a violent thunderstorm while laying in bed or sitting on the porch is super comfy

Lol yea true...actually happened to me a couple weeks ago. Was sound asleep, and the thunder was so loud it shook the house woke me up at like 3 am...scared the chit out of me.

Thought a plane crashed or something near the house lol.

Last good storm we had started when I was in the shower, thought someone was throwing around a large trash bin due to the sound; turns out the wind was blowing all the bins on my street up the road.
