I was at the store today looking at what food I wanted to buy and realized at one point if you were hungry you had to go hunt or forage or die. Then when we advanced a little more and had markets usually your job was so strenuous and sometimes dangerous you would just die, if some disease or infection didn't kill you since no medicines and even the medical system was messed.. you felt crazy? No problem we will drill a hole in your skull, got a toothache? Will just pull that baby out with some rusty plyers or dig it out without any novocaine. Even if you could buy food,most of it would spoil quickly since no fridges

If you wanted to go somewhere walk or take care of horses and make a wagon.. now you just press a button and off you go, built in music and ac and all.

No diggin out turds from ahole just press a lever, no bathin in a wooden tub u had to collect water for, just turn a lever, waters even heated. Want to drink water, turn a lever no carryin it from river or lake and maybe gettin sick unless u boiled it.

Hot? Turn on ur little personal air cooling machine, cold? Forget choppin wood ill just turn on my personal heat blowin machine.

Wanna learn anything or communicate with anyone or see the time or listen to music or weather or play games, watch movies or 1000s of other things? Ah ill just take this little device outta my pocket.

Yeah it can be, but sometimes we make it harder on ourselves than we need to. A lot of it just comes down to perspective, which we have control over.
