No.

But it may be time for contract marriage.

Meaning every couple would draft and sign their own custom marriage contract which would then become enforceable by the state vs. couples being tied to whichever marriage and divorce laws happen to apply where they have their permanent address.

Why pretend "one size fits all"?

There might be some rules about "must include"- I'm thinking an obligation to provide support for children mostly.
