just did "ONE meal a day" for today....

had a bowl of home made chili (93/7 beef, and beans), russet potato, guac & chips, banana w/ nutella....

Feel full AF, but might do a little cookie dough ice cream for dessert.

EDIT: I also had a very small margarita with 2.2oz tequila in it on the empty stomach to break my fast. Got a buzz with just that one drank.

oh dude tell me about it.

Make a big crock pot of beef chili, really MEAT IT UP, and save the leftovers for your week.

No dishes, no daily prep, tons of protein, delicious AF....

love it.

Actually if you stay busy you don't notice the hunger, and after you eat your one huge meal, you feel FULL AF, and more satisfied than any other meal you would normally eat.

Love OMAD.

Just went hiking in CO with a bunch of 3MAD+SNACKmaxxxers and I have never in my life felt like I wasted so much time. Waiting for people to plan their food for the day, gather their food / stop for sannies, pack their food in bags and standing around watching people eat. Our entire day was centered around food. My wife and I were like 'let's fookin go' all day. We could leave in the morning with some water and grab some food on the way back and be totally cool.

brb lets eat a ugge breakfast
brb we need a snack
brb we need lunch
brb we need another snack
brb protein bars
brb dinner
brb late night snack

fuuuuuuuark
