Whats best way to warm up before sprinting?

Almost 2 times in the last month I have almost tore my quad now, I feel it when it's about to happen and dip out unlike in the past when I'd just run anyway.
I'll jog around the track a few times, do some leg swings and dynamic lunges but still got my muscles tight bro.

Running siphons gains from your leg muscles and wears them down.

You need to condition your legs for the abuse of sprinting.

Squats, leg press, calf raises etc

High volume, low weight.

You're likely not warming up long enough and going full out right away when you shouldn't. Quick path to injury.

Look up ABC drills and double, if not triple the length of your warmup, plus do something called strides before you go into sprinting. High level sprinters warm up for 45 minutes before they even think about going fast.

Your muscles change after closer to 15 minutes of warmup.
