Mexican Dinner/10

Made homemade deep-fried Chicken Chimichangas from leftover rotisserie chicken
Topped w/ a homemade white sauce (sauteed onions, salt, pepper, cream cheese, sour cream, & cheddar cheese)
Homemade guacamole
Refried frijoles
Spanish Rice

Was sad that the store ran out of cilantro. I mean, I never seen them completely out of cilantro. WTF? Oh well, I make do.



EDIT: I guess not a TRUE Mexicano dinner. Chimichangas are an American dish. LOL!

OP’s is the right portion for a dinner assuming he ate breakfast and lunch

I’ve seen ops meals
They are medium volume but calorie dense

Impressed. Yes. If I over-fill my plate, then I feel obligated to finish, and eat it all, thus overeating. This is why I serve small portions. Once I'm full, I stop.
