I’m not Dr Mengele but I’m pretty sure it’s not as easy as putting a uterus into a space where there’s no room for a uterus or biological wiring for one.

They should just use this surgery to euthanize the patient. It’s literally a mercy killing for these sick folks.

Even if they did the pelvis isnt big enough to allow for birth.
