He lives. They are making a netflix documentary about him. His rise to power. Pretty soon he will start working out like Rocky Balboa, scheduled for episode 2.

He never indicated anything as serious as kidney failure in the past, so I think that the people who egged him on didn't expect something this dramatic to happen so quickly. But yeah, his lifestyle is not good for him.
