He legitimately had a chance of beating Trump. He said and did absolutely nothing memorable last night, can’t believe how much he’s fallen in a few months.

He's still probably the strongest candidate the GOP will be able to come up with in a general, though.

What people don’t realize is that the RNC and dnc groom and control their candidates. The establishment sets foreign policy and this is the same for dems and republicans. Only an outsider will deviate (ie trump not being baited into war, talking directly to foreign leaders and bypassing the state dept, etc).

The only difference between establishment r and d dept s done domestic policy stuff. The impactful economic and foreign policy positions are controlled behind the scenes.

He’s fallen off 5x worse than I thought he would. I always knew he’d fade against Trump, but I figured there would be a summer bump where he’d hang out around 30%, never predicted falling to 12% and below Vivek in some states.

I almost feel bad making fun of him now because I think he’s legitimately autistic.
