TikTok star VonViddy has passed away at just 32 years old. The comedian, whose real name was Joseph Muchlinski, lost a long battle with mental illness and took his own life, according to his sister, Martha Muchlinski, who confirmed the sad news in a TikTok selfie video on Aug. 22. Just days before his death, VonViddy took to his TikTok to share how he wanted to be remembered by his family and fans, citing his music and comedy as strong points in his life. He also highlighted some of his struggles, saying he didn't want people to remember him "as an addict and an alcoholic who put his family through hell." He ended the post by saying how thankful he was for the opportunities he had over the years, noting his abundance of peace and love for his fans. "It's all love," Joe captioned the post. VonViddy had gained over 170,000 followers and almost 9 million likes on TikTok. He began sharing his original music and comedy bits in 2020.

Mostly, Joe was devoted to his family and liked nothing better than spending time around his loving family members.
Joe will remain in the hearts of his parents Bob and Mary Muchlinski; sister Martha (Ben Turnblad) Muchlinski; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Ray and Lucille Muchlinski, Douglas and Norma Snelling; aunt Linda St. Ores; and great-aunt Dorothy Rutherford.
