People on drugs are typically pretty chill in my experience. So much better than aggressive loud drunk a$$holes wandering about.

It's important to differentiate.

Alcohol is legalised, regulated and taxed. And yet is responsible for 3 million deaths /year.

Illegal drugs have zero regulation, under criminal control, and yet only around 150,000 people die from overdoses /year (mostly opioids).

that's because more people drink? you'd need to figure out how many people drink vs how many people take drugs and then work out the %. random numbers do not prove anything here.
