Unpopular opinion: Society needs much more violence (srs)

Majority of todays issues could be solved by using deserved violence.

Caught your wife texting another dude? Slap across the face

Caught a guy banging your wife? Baseball bate to the back of the head

Your 15 year old daughter uploads a slooty bikini picture to her Instagram? Slap across the face, no dinner and phone gets broken in half


A random entitled person comes running to the one parking space available just as you were driving in, so they can stand in there until their friends/whatever car gets to the spot, so you have to look for another one? Keep driving in anyway and move them by force



Dude being a dick in the train yelling **** harassing people? Right hook to the jaw, regardless of race









Tl;de: human beings are immoral, stupid, selfish, entitled, etc. you can’t reason with all of them or hope that all of them act for the better of society. Get Wild West on their ass and correct them by force


I believe that’s the direction we are headed. Right now sounds outrageous, but the pendulum will eventually swing back and society will resort back to necessary violence.

I'll be honest, I live in a place where people are pretty damn decent to each other, and I don't really witness any entitled behavior like this.

In the past, there would be people getting in dumbass fights all the time, especially after bars closed. But I'm actually pretty happy I don't see this type of chit much anymore.

Life is much better when people just mind their fuking business.

Yes I think a level of propensity for violence is definitely natural for men and women (especially men) and it goes against out base instincts to stifle it. In our quest for a more civilized society where we solve problems with words we have also collectively decided a lot of heinous things are OK.

Violence shouldn't really be THE answer, but actions should have consequences--this needs to be in our ethos. If people understand there is a potentiality for it, they might think twice about fukin around or else they'll find out.

Yep. As of right now, law and society itself rewards manipulative people, hypocritical, weak, snakey, slimey, promiscuous. They do things that everybody knows are immoral, but aren’t really illegal, so they get away with it.


This would change real soon if people allowed a little more violence when strictly necessary.

It's a form of theft. Her sexual resources are supposed to belong exclusively to her husband. That is the other unspoken side of the legal property contract of marriage. He is exchanging assets for her monogamy.

If you accept that women don't really have true agency over their sexual decisions and can be easily manipulated emotionally, that puts some amount of onus on you.

In which case, no one should feel bad if a home wrecker catches a hammer to the face since that was the unethical risk he chose to take. Same as a home invader or catalytic converter thief catching a bullet - it's a net gain to society.

What we're trending back to now is much more capitalistic. The top 10% or so of men have sexual access to the top 80% of women, which long story short, leaves about 1/3 of men with no sexual access to women at all.

Strong logic.

Relationships are simple - if you respect your partner and or the sanctity of a marriage, you don't cheat. Women are capable of rational behavior just like men, and men are capable of emotional behavior just like women. Our biology doesn't give us an excuse to be irresponsible for our impulses when it comes to cheating, regardless of whether that impulse is emotional or sexual.

It is ALWAYS the cheaters fault for cheating.
It's always the cheaters fault, but saying the other person has zero responsibility isn't accurate if you're looking at it through a societal perspective.

A high trust tribe is a more successful tribe. That is the entire basis of western civilization. If you want one with zero social trust, that's most of Africa, for example.
