I feel like if the fight had continue for a very long time Android 17 would won because he has infinite energy. But on the other hand if piccolo use the light garnade that he use against imperfect cell. Android 17 would have died even with his barrier. What you guys think?

I always mired Piccolo for his will and determination srs. When all the other weak fighters stepped down or avoided fights, Piccolo showed up and kept fighting even though he was way underpowered. He kept training and showing up to carry the boats. Piccolo is basically the David Goggins of DBZ. He stayed hard the whole series

Eventually Android 17 should have this due to having unlimited stamina and being a step more powerful than 18. Unlike 16 whose power level is higher than 17 & 18, but doesn't have the unlimited stamina. 17 could keep dodging piccolo's attacks to the point of exhaustion. Then it's ogre.

It was never stated that Android 16 didn't have unlimited stamina. Android 18 ask Android 20 if 16 had unlimited stamina and instead of answering the question for her. He completely changed the subject. Which makes me believe that Android 16 does have unlimited stamina. Also when Android 16 was beating cell at no point in the show and in the manga is it ever stated that he was running out of stamina.

Just reread those parts. Maybe none of them have unlimited stamina and it's just the anime headcanon? For one thing, just because they don't get tired during their fights doesn't mean they won't run out of energy eventually. Even when they say their energy is infinite it might be Trunk's hyperbolic statement, but DBS took that idea and ran with it. The Z warriors often make grand statements that later prove to be hit or miss. Dr. Gero refers to 17 & 18s seemingly limitless stamina as "perpetual energy reactors", but even perpetual energy eventually runs out, due to entropy; namely radioactive decay. There's no reason to assume that the physics in DBZ universe are that much different from our own. But who nose? Doesn't really matter either way, because DBZ stopped being consistent with power levels and limitations around the Cell Games or Majin Buu saga.
