Is It Plausible that My Bender Will Resolve Itself

drinking coors lights in the am but getting sick of it

shirley this process will just balance itself out and i'll just naturally stop rite

So you went through detox/rehab like 4-6 months ago and now you are back here again.


I think its safe to say that the "casual drinking" or "lite drinking" whatever you want to call it doesnt work out for you and you need to cut out all alcohol 100% of the time indefinitely.

That will not be easy it seems like you base a lot of your free time around alcohol and without working you have a lot of free time. So that is basically a complete life change, no bars no drinking, no day drinking, no night drinking. And then you will have all that free time, either get a job to distract you or find some kind of hobby. You could be one of those crossfit ***s or a religioncel or one of those elitist Brazilian Jujitsu phhags but I think all of them are better than being an alcoholic dying in your 40s from liver failure.

I for sure can't be trusted drinking any amount greater than zero and I'm chill with that but what do I do right now
