Tradie dumbbell curls, deadlifts, squats, bench press.

Don’t forget the dumbbell curls, you will be lifting stuff like a drill or whatever the whole day.

Monsters and dip/chew, cigarettes and gas station food.

But srs, probably a lot of farmers walks, you will be carrying sht a lot. Probably either a good weight routine or kettlebells would be fine; whatever gets you into good shape endurance wise more than anything.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

But imma say close to nothing. It's gonna be in how much and how frequently you're doing things

More endurance based around all those things

Doing forearm curls won't prepare you for swinging a hammer all day. Having strong forearms won't mean swinging a hammer is easy. Different parts of the forearm are hard to replicate

It's moreso in the relentlessness of doing that non-stop, all day
