I go in phases - I'll go for a couple years without, then be in the tea habit (still start the day with coffee). I'd recommend loose leaf steeped in a measuring cup, and just use a mini strainer to strain into your mug. Leaves a mess, but certainly better than bags. I think I read better than those tea steeper balls - more room for the leaves to circulate in a measuring cup. I like gunpowder green tea when I'm in a tea phase, and think it was lapsang souchong that's actually smoked - that's different. Irish breakfast tea is good. Site like this seems ok:https://www.arborteas.com

Reishi makes the best green matcha tea. American company. Make sure to wait for the water to cool off after boil at least 3 minutes or more to 160f, then make 2 cups with one bag, they make large bags. The best.

If you don’t wait to cool off water you’ll be drinking burned tea.

For black tea company “choice” makes great Darjeeling and earl grey. Still let water to cool off to about 80c or 176f. Makes one cup per bag.

Obviously, make sure your water is not tapwater, but high-quality filtered water,

Drink only organic tea, regular tea has too many heavy metals, and limit to two cups per day, and no caffeine after 3 PM, or your sleep will go to ****
