He is more of an ironic comedian in my opinion. I watch his stuff and usually it's pretty funny even though that wasn't his intent (similar to jenova)

Goggins Rogan interviews are painful to listen to. Clearly not a bright guy. Obviously embarrassed about his deployment record (when it was mentioned in the interview he gave a long drawn out explanation that didn’t actually answer the question.)

I put him in the same box with Jocko. They all claim to care about going “hard” and Jocko hits the gym everyday after waking up at 4:30. He admitted in an interview he usually sleeps 4-5 hours. This is one of the worst things you can do for your health.


Lifting is all but pointless if you’re gonna wreck yourself with poor sleep.



But, they are both better to listen to than most other garbage out there.

They're probably over exaggerating what they do. Arnold would do the same.

It gets you attention.

Its like, really??? You really only sleep 4-5 hrs a night? You're one of those rare human beings that can do it?

Take Goggins, guy claims to run like 12 miles in the morning and after that allegedly works out for another two hrs, and will later bike something like 25 miles, and before he goes to sleep, stretches for two hrs???
