Nah I would not be comfortable in doing so....never did it either...you never know who smoked it and what was smoked in it.....no need for that...

my cousin would pick up cigarette butts from people he knew and would save them to smoke for later. luckily i'm not addicted/poor enough to have to do that.

many times. You run out of smokes once you will be saving butts forever. Sometimes the whole crew is out, and we would roll up one into a newspaper, from whatever butts left, and pass it around.

once saw a mexican guy doing this at a patio restaurant area.... legit walking from table to table collecting used cigarettes from ashtrays, then he got a receipt paper from the cashier so he could roll one up.
