Damn I been drinking a 6pack everyday for the past week

And I think I gained 5lbs. Still been hitting the gym but faurrk

Gonna sobercel it for the next couple weeks and cleanse myself

math doesn't add up, son

I drank a trillion beers on that 2 week bender and gained no fat

we don't convert greater than 5% of ingested carbohydrates or ethanol (acetate) to lipids

i drink a 6 pack every night after the gym. i do cardio in the morning, helps to offset. to me i mostly hold water it seems

Even better, do lots of coke so you can drink even more. Then drink as soon as you wake up so you won't get a hangover.

i work with tradies and dudes here been drinking 8-12packs a night on top of cigs for years

Yea the booze isnt the problem. Issue is i get drunk and order a bunch of garbage food. Prob spent a few hundred on that alone srs
