Brad pleads GUILTY to Public Intoxication. Apologizes to xbluehawkx in court (vid)

Brad appeared in court earlier today on theft ($200) and public intoxication charges.

He had an interesting apology, to say the least, which may have been why the judge let him off easy with just the mister meaner public intoxication charge.

Ordered to pay $350 restitution to the victim via PayPal + deportation.
