ill make this short and sweet.i assume blue would be the plaintiff cause he paid right?so if he takes brad to court all the judge has to ask is if he agreed to pay for the room.if brad agrees he was gonna pay for the room then the judge will rule brad has to pay blue.its very simple.its small claims court.thats exactly how it works.if brad says he never agreed he isnt legally obliged to to pay UNLESS they had a written agreement and im sure there was no written agreement.so its really up to brad if he agreed or not.misc doesnt count in small claims court.and lol at all that defamation of character and stalking chit.oh man you guys are funny.i guess it wasnt short and sweet but thats the way it works
