On Halloween night which of these is your preference?
Still go trick or treating with the kiddos if you have any.
Stay home and hand out candy and watch scary movies all night
Or go to Halloween part.?
I always preferred just sitting g home and watch horror films all night my self and handing out the candy.
Never been into going to party's. Never went out on new years eve either.

Hand out candy. I’m not really into horror movies though. They never did anything for me. I just love the Autumn season.

**** yeah, pumped for the season! We stay at home or go to neighbors, pop on movies and hand out out candy. We get the parties/bar hopping done always the weekend before so we can hang out with neighborhood friends on Halloween night doing low key stuff. It falls during the week frequently.

My ex and I would usually put on some classic horror movies and have some drinks while handing out candy. Not sure about this year. I'll probably do basically the same thing and maybe see if friends or a sloot want to join me. My friends usually have a cool Halloween party on whatever weekend is closest to Halloween, but I most likely can't make it this year because I was invited to a wedding on the same evening the party will likely be.

Love the season. Moved into a new place a few years ago and this will be the first Halloween we'll be home for. We live on a relatively busy road though so I doubt there will be any trick-or-treaters with other tucked away neighborhoods around. So in for scary movies all afternoon/night.

Definitely stay at home.
Our neighborhood is the mecca for trick or treaters in our area. You can't drive in there after about 6pm except in a golf cart or side by side. Sheriffs department usually has a car sitting the entrance. We usually get around 600-800 kids. Most of the houses have some sort of party type thing going on and awesome decorations. We make a huge pot of chili and a bunch of our friends come over. My wife did get irritated one year when a buddy and I sat out on the porch drinking straight out of a bottle of Makers Mark while handing out candy. lol.

My girl and I, hang with my co-worker and his kids for some trick or treating, last two years I was Michael Myers, wore a black nylon mask underneath the mask, to black out my eyes.
Freaks out the little kids.
Afterwards we go to a gathering/mini party.
This year I'm thinking Art the Clown

I've got a BOB punching bag that I put a mask and a hooded cloak on and put in the front walkway. It freaks the kids out until they realize it's not a real person, and then they let their guard down.
That's when I jump out of the bushes and scare the absolute piss out of them.

Halloween event at an amusement park. Usually with my family, sometimes with my girl.
Every Halloween that I've had where I'm not single, my girl has been super excited about halloween, wants to go into scare houses and watch scary movies, do a ghost tour, other stuff like that. Now in 2023, my girl HATES horror and is afraid of that chit, doesn't want to watch the movies or go into scare houses. It's kind of a relief to me tbh, I never liked the horror genre too much, it's just so negative, unless it's a comedy like Idle Hands or Scary Movie.

Gonna start decorating the house in a week. Most likely gonna have friends over for a little get together and watch horror films, hand out candy, etc. Some have kids so maybe go trick or treating a bit.

Never cared about going to parties or bars/clubs for Halloween, that's for sure.
