If you know someone with random words written in cursive and 3rd grade level retard scribbles all over their body with zero thought put into placement or quality of the content and tattoo artist then they are guaranteed a low life retard. There's absolutely no exception to this. I'm not talking about tattoos in general either.

Agree, bad tattoos are one of the tell tale signs of a retard. I think tattoos can work on men but on women it is absolutely disgusting, even one small tatt is a deal breaker for me
