After 46 years, probably. The stars were pin pricks in a black curtain ffs (I live just down the road from where it was filmed).

With 5 lines in the trilogy, and one of them was "Ahhhhhhhhhh"

Films designed & marketed for kids, not adults, ultimately.

At one point it was a very good franchise. EP1 and EP2 are kind of mid story wise, but the rest is great.

Star Wars has declined in quality by a lot since Disney took over, but Filoni seems to be doing steady work to fix it.

I'm not a fan of it like I used to be, and most of the new shows haven't caught my interest at all.

I'm a big film buff but have never really liked Star Wars. The fandom around it is so cringey.

Andor was peak storyline Star Wars. Shame not many noticed it. It’s only on Disney+

A New Hope was THE game changer for Special Effects in Movie History.

Darth Vader is still a Top 3 Villain of All-Time, no matter what they’re trying to do to them in subsequent movies.

And “No, I am your Father.” Is still the biggest movie twist of all time. Thank God there was no internet back in the day.

Part of it is Star Wars is held up to impossible standards set by the original, while Marvel can put out whatever trash it wants and still get hype.

Solid take srs.

I really think Disney should've found a way to keep some of the Expanded Universe material more relevant. The novels after Return of The Jedi were awesome.

Haven't watched Andor but I heard good things about it. Ahsoka caught my interest becauseSpoiler!
Hayden reprised his role as Anakin
. Seeing that really made me happy.

Tell me how they got low and I'll replace them.

EDIT: Forget it, already repped. Cheers.
