Anybody else a workaholic?
-Log in to work laptop outside of hours even if I have no work to do
-Speak to as much people at work, try to make as many connections
-Never say no to opportunities
-Give feedback to people, whenever they're stuck on something always help them out (I'm probably one in a thousand that does this, apart from managers)
-Whenever I don't know something, I spend extra effort to learn every bit of detail for future
I work in business/corporate banking btw. Recently my name's been mentioned in the manager's meeting as I've helped them personally. There's been times when I see a manager is struggling on something and I'll share my knowledge so they can get their issue fixed.
My manager's been asking me for favours whenever some other corporate manager is having issues (fraud, non working cards, direct debits etc). Some random corporate manager asks my manager for help, and my manager gives it to me to fix. I think I'm the only one in my whole office of about 200 that even gets these opportunities. And I've only been working here for 7 months.

No, do the bare minimum and leave. Companies dont care about you and neither does your boss. They only care about their own job
Job asks me to do extra stuff and I always lie and say no. My boss thinks I have a kid because I lied about that to get away from working a different shift and traveling for work ded fukn srs
**** your company srs

Yeah, but have a new job now that doesn't do that to me and hopefully I can decompress.
