Damaged goods.

If my item arrives dented in the mail, does the seller have to exchange or refund me? Advice pls. Never had this problem.

I've been waiting for a response for a couple of days now. The sender requested some photos, which I have sent, but I haven't gotten a response as to what's going on and why it's taking so long. I'm just worried that they can deny my exchange request. And if they don't deny my request to exchange I want to know whether the sender will send someone with a new product to exchange with my faulty product at my front door at the same time that I send the faulty product back.
