Douchey protesters (BLM, Just Stop Oil, etc) block the road to be a pain in the ass. Someone pushes through, and they get away with it, right? I haven't heard of any drivers getting arrested in cases like that.

So just take your foot off the brake, and if they pile in front of your car or don't get out of the way you can just keep on going. At that point it's similar to if someone dives in front of your car; its their own fault for deliberately being in the way.

Not a lawyer; not legal advice. Just something I noticed. Am I wrong?

I'm pretty sure it's the same rules as basketball where you have to have your foot planted for a certain period of time when standing in the end zone.

Never understood people whining when they get run over when they were intentionally in the middle of the road. Seems to me thats what they want. If they didnt want to get run over, perhaps not standing in the roadway would be best.
