They are raised with zero expectations placed upon them so they dont really understand stuff like timing.

They just mimic what they see others do.

If a man wants to be a comic he needs to work his routine with other men and gets instant feedback if he is actually funny or not.

Women are just told they are funny so you dont hurt their feelings.
