Have a bad feeling we are simply seeing a case of pride before the fall.
Its not a shock to anyone that Deion can be an arrogant guy.
Now his team has won a couple games, al the celebs are coming out of the woodwork. I am sure its easy for the players to get big heads too.
Whats going to happen though when they lose for the first time? Going to be a big deflation of those overly inflated heads.
Sanders can handle it because he lived it already but those young kids on his team never have. That will be when we see what kind of coach he actually is.

"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

What they did in the TCU game was pretty impressive. They could have easily lost to Nebraska if they had a decent QB; Nebraska is an average team, at best. Then the Colorado State game, they got by, by the skin of their teeth.
I'm impressed with what he's done recruiting wise. He has a ton of solid players. The play calling and coaching is good. I see them getting a good bowl game, but that's about it. The hype will fade after the first loss. I don't understand why celebs are coming out of the woodwork to support him other than it's just trendy right now to support a black coach. There's plenty of other black coaches that are doing well.

So yeah, 8-4 seems realistic this year, then I could see them improving even further next.
