It really is all about the face. A good looking dude will look good with or without hair.

They all look better, but these are all pretty chit transplants compared to the guy who did mine.
I guess most of these guy were like NW 4-5 though, so it was never going to get totally thick.

This guy lost some weight and got a hair transplant and it improved his looks BIG time
This is how my hairline looks up top, if I had money Id wish to have this guys transplant it looks natural too well done
