Whenever a company leases out its intellectual property from a subsidiary, that subsidiary is always domiciled in the Cayman Islands

I mean sure it looks beautiful but no different than so many other tropical beachside destinations



Is it something in the water that just prompts creativity? How is this one small island responsible for the creation of the world’s new ideas and innovations?

Everyone knows the caymans are super dirty, but Ireland is the one that surprises me. They have trillions in dirty money being stashed away there.

If I incorporate an LLC in the Caymans can I be a creative elite IP mogger too?

The cash is actually stashed in Bermuda or a similar tax haven, Irish business is just a tool as the country has tax treaties with a lot of countries around the world. Ireland views the Irish companies based in Bermuda as foreign entities when it comes to taxes so they don't charge locally.

DUT = Dutch/Netherlands

Need to have 2 different businesses in Ireland for it to work.

From the corporation:
CORP (X) creates the software.
CORP (X) sells IP to BER1 (H).
BER1 (H) revalues IP higher.
BER1 (H) licenses IP to IRL2 (A).
IRL2 (A) licenses IP to DUT1 (S).
DUT1 licenses IP to IRL1 (B).
IRL1 sells software to customer.

From the customer:
Customer pays $100 to IRL1 (B).
IRL1 pays $100 to DUT1 (S) as royalty.
DUT1 pays $100 to IRL2 (A) as royalty.
IRL2 pays $100 to BER1 (H) as royalty.
BER1 accumulates the cash.
BER1 can lend cash to CORP.

I went to the Caymans a few months ago.

The water is 10/10, crystal clear, feed stingrays, amazing for scuba/snorkeling at reefs.

The island was actually nice as well. Was 1st world (went to Jamica too, that place is hella poverty).

I was told when i was there, that the Caymans has very friendly tax/ money laws, so lots of people store there money and register their yahcts and buisness's at the Caymans. In return, this probably helps out the islands local economy compared to other islands like jamica and haiti that are poor.

Florida miscers here. If you put a drone above my house, it looks similar to that picture but better.
