Scientists, academicians, and fitness enthusiasts have long been perplexed by the way that a 45lb plate made of iron is heavier than a 45lb plate made of rubber. I got some bumper plates and I was brining my haul inside. the 55s didn't feel like 55s. I just thought it was weird. It's like the fluffiness makes them easier. I have floof weights. All very light. Now my ass will be HUGE. Can't wait to show off.
