Life isnt fair and you aren't guaranteed to receive that in return.

You will still get done wrong by people who "care about you"...

You will still get $hit on by life in general....

You will still fight an uphill battle the majority of the time...


So its up to you as a person to choose to stay positive , keep your standards high , and keep doing the right things for the right reasons simply for your own peace of mind and well being.

For me it's: you can turn anything you dread, and anything bringing you anxiety, into a positive endeavor. Sure, you might need to be a little deluded/naive, but whatever the thing is it'll be behind you eventually like all things, might as well "try" to have fun with it.

-The need for monogamy is for societal stability, not a straightforward right or wrong.

-A low fat diet means a lot more people eat a lot more sugar and get fat.
-Adults are just as adherent to trends as kids. i.e. most white collar people with 0-1 kids have a SUV (I got a minivan after 3 kids, 2 of them still in car seats).
-Nobody seems to care that the government has admitted UFO's are real, using technology humans can't create.
-Most people can't cook for schit. If you can people rave about it.
-Regular exercise works as well for depression as pills.
