How would you leave a good job for a better opportunity?
What would you say to the people who were pushing you up the ranks? What would you say to the people you know well, through stuff outside of work?
Just a “2 week resignation” notice?

I don't play games, talk, or hangout with any of them outside of working hours / overtime. I'm getting paid if I'm conversing with them.
They know they can count on me, the leaders want me to get bonuses and climb up the ranks (even though it's against my wishes). But I'd have no problem with a 2 or 3 weeks' notice if the right offer came along (similar or larger size company, higher position, greater pay). They ultimately want what's best for me if they really cared about me anyways.
