I'm not a fan of the nanny state, but I think this is a better approach that taxing the hell out of the product which is just the government acting as drug dealers preying on nicotine addicts.

It’s already over for Britbro’s under their own laws you can be prosecuted for saying a statement that makes someone anxious.
