There are places that will charge like $15 - $40 bucks for 50mg of some crappy edibles. Meanwhile, that same 40 bucks can easily net 500mg - 1,000mg+ at other places with the right brands. Some people get absolutely hosed when they buy the stuff. I don't even get how people paying the obscene prices for it can afford it unless they do it extremely rarely.

I don't smoke anymore... but that's why you grow it yourself in a legal state. I was in Colorado when it first legalized and they were charging like 1200 an oz. I had smoked plenty of dispensary weed and decided to grow it myself. My weed was way better than the dispensaries. They harvest when the trichomes are clear and at highest THC levels, which is good for marketing and sativa smokers but doesn't give any notable difference between sativa and indica. I would grow grade A genetics indica and let them fully ripen on the plant and the trichomes would be dark amber. It takes a few weeks longer before harvest but that chit would knock even the highest tolerance smokers out. Then just keep cloning the plants.... sativa vs indica is mostly marketing. You can make the same plant sativa or indica by how long you ripen it to change the chemical structure of the bud. Harvest when clear for high THC sativa or let ripen to amber trichomes for a brutal indica. Lower THC doesn't mean weak. The THC just breaks down into other chemical structures like CBN and that can get you even more stoned.

I'm in NJ, I still go thru my plug because it's wildly cheaper than any dispensary. My buddy works at one and even uses his employee discount for me and it still sucks. Not to mention the tax.

most people dont know how to grow and dont wanna learn plus the start up costs are high. not worth it to casual smokers and i really doubt you were growing the best stuff in the first few years. bs story boyoor takes cell tech or stims.how many mg's per tab? here its not even legal to sell anyhing with more then 10mg in it. most stuff is 2.5-5mg. on the medical websites ive seen 100mg pills but thats the highest ive seen. usually i do 20-30mg at a time but I still rather smoke. hate how its takes 1-2 hours to kick in but the high is way longer.

personally i buy the stuff around 30-35$ for an eighth. its usually the better stuff and 20%+THC. i look for certain strains and lineage sometimes too(cookies, kush, mint) also the price is basically the same as when i was buying in HIGHschool

That's the complete opposite of how I usually see it IRL. You're talking about how people act when talking about addictions online.

IRL, every boozemaxxer I've ever met consistently denies that they have a problem, no matter how obvious it is that they do on some level. The only time they'll ever admit it is if they get so rock bottom that they end up going away to a treatment facility for a couple of months. Other than that, it's deny, deny, deny - even if they are still out getting wasted at the bars well into their 30's and beyond.

Yeah no we have gummies with higher mg options. I'm just saying, I see these packs that are like 50mg for around $20, and I don't get who is buying them.
